Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid courses and workshops offered by UniQ Manga Education. Specific enrollment agreements may add detail; where they conflict, the enrollment agreement applies.
Cooling-off and withdrawals
If you cancel before the course start date stated in your confirmation, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund as described in your offer letter or invoice. Consumer rights under applicable Japanese law (including specific rules for certain distance contracts) apply where relevant.
After classes begin
Once instruction has started, refunds are generally calculated based on sessions delivered and administrative costs, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing. Missed classes by the learner do not automatically entitle a refund unless we cancel a session.
Cancellations by us
If we cancel a course, you will receive a refund for sessions not delivered or, where you prefer, a credit toward a future cohort.
How to request a refund
Email hello@uniqmanga.com with your full name, course name, and payment reference. We aim to respond within five business days.
